This is a Starfire's hair appreciation blog. I also harbor love for Jericho, Catwoman, Impulse and Nightwing. I ship Catwoman with Batman.
Mostly I'm a Marvel girl, though, especially for Jean Grey, Kitty Pryde, Hank McCoy and Warren Worthington.
Oh and I like History. I sometimes dabble in women's history, especially of spies and prostitutes of the Civil War, Nathan Hale and some of this and that relating to history. Also, I hate to have to have some negativity on here, but it's kinda become an issue: Just because you follow me, doesn't mean I'll automatically follow you back. So please don't beg or be rude about it. I'll follow you on MY own advocation. Or whatever that word is. Don't take it personally. Also, please don't message me offering to send me downloads or "less legal"means of accessing shows or comics, I am on an internet provider that WILL crack down on me and I hate having to explain this over and over to well meaning people.
Also, I hella like Tom Hiddleston and his face graces my tumblr every so often.

I feel like my warrior princesses should look like they are both warriors and princesses and in Starfire’s case; are from space.

Maybe I’m just trying to fill the Barda shaped hole in my continuity.

This a more detailed and slightly updated version of the Starfire redesign I did recently that was featured over on Project Rooftop.

Kind of a weird thing but the first thing that caught my eye and that I LOVE is her stomach: it folds and ripples like a real woman’s, instead of bending smoothly like paper like I see too often.

I love the heft and feel of her body in this picture: She feels substantial and like she can move planets and wreck stuff.
